A new reliquary I recently completed for St. Jacob of Hamatoura. A recently discovered Lebonese saint, it was a blessing to provide. It is made of mostly pure (.999) silver, with a bit of a special sterling silver for the latch components.
Hieromartyr Jacob of Hamatoura was a 13th-century monk in the Northern Lebanese Monastery of the Dormition of the Theotokos, a community in Hamatoura Monastery. His feast day is October 13. He is a recently rediscovered saint and is revered in Lebanon and by faithful throughout the world, but is still relatively unknown to the wider Orthodox Church, being in only a few synaxarions.
